Walkthroughs & Anecdotals
The walkthrough and anecdotal modules provide a means to organize additional evidence for the evaluation process.
Manage the full clinical, formal observation or perform unannounced observations. Our module provides a dynamic observation experience that allows supervisors many options during the observation process.
This module supports the Differentiated Observation process and allows a educational professional the ability to define their goal, focus areas, provide progress updates, and collaborate with their supervisor through the process.

“This is a wonderful product. I estimate that it saves me approximately 1.5 hours per observation. We explored many similar products and none of the others offered the versatility and user-friendly format that PA-ETEP has.”
Tri-Valley School District
“As a principal, I do not know how I would be able to complete my formal observations and other related supervisory duties without PA-ETEP. It is great!”
Minersville Area School District
“Of all the educational products and software we have dealt with over the years, this one may have been the most effective at addressing a huge need and is done in a very professional and simple manner.”
Shenango School District
Training is provided for administrators and principals though live webinars. The training lasts about 1.5 hours. The first 30 minutes of the training is for a central administrative user, and shows the user how to manage the back-end of their portal, setting up buildings, adding supervisors, assigning roles, etc. The other 60 minutes of the training is specifically for supervisors/principals.
Various reports are available via the PA-ETEP base product. For example, administrators can review Observation Summary Reports, Component Summary Reports, Strength and Growth Summaries, and 82 Summary Reports.
