Announcing the launch of the TPES (Teacher and Principal Evaluation Survey) report to all portals.
School District Admin users can now log on to their PA-ETEP portal and view/export the various reports via the Reports section under the Administration tab.
Please note that there are two reports available for each type of completed 82 form (i.e., 82-1, 82-2, and 82-3). The data from these reports can be used to complete the information required on PDE’s Teacher and Principal Evaluation Survey (click here to access PDE’s TPES website).
- TPES Individuals Report – This report provides all the recorded ratings and totals on completed 82 forms for individual users by building. Additional information about this report is provided at the bottom of the report. See example screenshot.
- TPES Buildings Report – This report identifies the number of Overall Effectiveness Ratings (Failing, Needs Improvement, Proficient, and Distinguished) and Final Ratings (Satisfactory and Unsatisfactory) for teachers, NTPEs, and/or principals. This report provides data for the purposes of completing the aggregated data portions of PDE’s Teacher and Principal Evaluation Survey.
